At GuruNanda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
